Catering

A catering service is provided to all accredited participants during the event.

Lunch and Dinner for athletes and delegations will be served at Serneke Arena restaurant Campo following a set schedule. Breakfast will be served at each separate accommodation.

Vegetarian options or meals adapted to specific dietary needs and allergies can be arranged upon request. Please notify wuc2026@cheerleading.se in advance regarding any allergies or dietary restrictions.

Meals will be served in a buffet-style format, allowing participants to choose from a range of menu options. The flexible seating and buffet system ensure efficient flow, with enough space for everyone to enjoy their meals without feeling overcrowded. Separate seating will be organized for officials and representatives, but the actual food is of great standard and will be served to all.

LunchFrom 11:00am to 2:00pm (12pm – 3:30pm)
DinnerFrom 5:00pm to 8:30pm (7pm – 10pm)

During lunch, each team will get a 30-minute timeslot to secure the competition flow. The timeslot will be set with regards to each team’s competition schedule.

During breakfast and dinner, each team will have more flexibility to eat when it suits them.

Drinking Water at Venues

Participants will have easy access to water at both the sport venues and accommodation facilities. The tap water in Sweden is clean and drinkable. Tap water will also be readily available in the accommodation areas for all participants, in both public spaces and private rooms.

In Sweden, tap water is of high quality and safe to drink, which will ensure that participants have constant access to fresh water without the need for bottled water, also in line with the sustainability strategies of Swedish sports community.
