Transportation

Efficient transportation will be provided for all accredited participants throughout the event. This includes airport transfers, daily shuttle services, and information on available routes and parking. Please refer to the external links below for detailed information and real-time updates from each service provider.

Airport Tranfers

Transfers from Landvetter Airport and Gothenburg Central Station to the accommodation will be provided for all participants. Shuttle buses will be arranged from the airport, with frequent departures based on flight and train arrivals.

Travel times will be approximately 30 minutes from the airport to the accommodation, and the shuttle services will operate to accommodate all participants’ arrival schedules. From the central station, attachés will accompany the transfer via tram.

For departure, transfers will be organized well in advance, and participants will be transferred at least 3 hours prior to their departure times to ensure smooth transitions.

Transfers from the accommodation to the arena will not be necessary from all the accommodations since the arena is within walking distance of most of the accommodations.

Private transport (taxis, trains and buses) will be at own cost.
