Volunteers

The 2026 FISU World University Championships Cheerleading is coming to Gothenburg, Sweden – and we invite you to be part of something extraordinary!

This event will bring together student-athletes, coaches, and fans from around the world for a celebration of teamwork, spirit, and excellence — both on and off the competition floor. To make it all happen, we’re building a passionate and diverse team of volunteers who will help us create an unforgettable experience for everyone involved.

Why Volunteer?

As a volunteer, you’ll play a key role in shaping the success of the Championships while gaining valuable experience in sports event management, leadership, and international collaboration. You’ll meet new people, build professional connections, and contribute to a global event that celebrates the power of university sport.

Volunteers will take on a range of roles – from general assistance to specialized tasks in operations, logistics, communication, and athlete support – depending on interest and experience.
