Som en del av vårt besöksupplevelseteam är du ansvarig för att välkomna publik samt kontrollera och/eller sälja biljetter till alla som vill besöka FISU Student-VM 2026. Du är den första kontakten gästen har med evenemanget och är ansvarig för att skapa en välkomnande, trygg och smidig upplevelse för besökare. 

Arbetsuppgifter innefattar bland annat:  

  • Hälsa besökare välkomna vid ankomst och ge ett varmt och professionellt bemötande för ett positivt första intryck 
  • Skanna biljetter vid entréerna och säkerställ en smidig och effektiv inpassering 
  • Hänvisa besökare till rätt kö och bidra till ett organiserat flöde av gäster 
  • Ge tydliga anvisningar och hjälp till personer med nedsatt rörlighet, så att de enkelt hittar till särskilda entréer och anvisade områden 
  • Hantera publikflödet vid hög belastning och se till att gäster leds rätt och att inpasseringen sker effektivt

Entrance Service Host 

As part of our Guest Experience Team, you are responsible for welcoming visitors and checking and/or selling tickets to everyone attending the FISU World University Championship 2026. You are the guests’ first point of contact with the event and play a key role in creating a welcoming, safe, and smooth experience for all visitors. 

Job responsibilities include: 

  • Greet clients upon arrival, providing a warm and professional welcome to ensure a positive first impression 
  • Scan client tickets at the entrance gates, ensuring a smooth and efficient entry process 
  • Direct clients to the appropriate queue, maintaining an organized flow of guests 
  • Provide clear directions and assistance to persons with reduced mobility, ensuring they have access to specific entry points and designated areas 
  • Manage client flow in high-traffic situations, ensuring guests are properly directed and efficiently processed  

Publikvärd  

Som en del av vårt besöksupplevelse-team är du ansvarig för att säkerställa trygghet och en smidig upplevelse för besökarna i tävlingsarenan på FISU Student-VM 2026. Du finns tillgänglig på läktarna för stöttning med in- och utpassering, platslokalisering och är aktiv i att skapa en välkomnande och trygg upplevelse för besökarna.  

Arbetsuppgifter innefattar bland annat:  

  • Guida publik till rätt plats och stötta i lokalisering av in- och utgångar 
  • Assistera personer med funktionsnedsättning till rätt område i tävlingsarenan och kunna peka ut eller följa till anpassade sittplatser, hissar och andra områden 
  • Kontrollera att publiken inte går eller springer på läktaren samtidigt som lagen kör och anpassa in- och utpassering till schemat

Spectator Services Host  

As part of our Guest Experience Team, you are responsible for ensuring safety and a smooth experience for spectators in the competition arena at the FISU World University Championship 2026. You will be stationed in the stands to assist with entry and exit, seat location, and actively contribute to creating a welcoming and safe environment for all spectators. 

Job responsibilities include: 

  • Guiding spectators to their seats and assisting with locating entrances and exits 
  • Assisting people with disabilities to the appropriate areas in the competition arena and helping them find or accompany them to accessible seating, elevators, and other designated zones 
  • Ensuring that spectators do not walk or run on the stands while teams are competing and managing entry and exit flow according to the schedule 

VIP-värd 

Som VIP-värd under FISU Student-VM 2026 har du en nyckelroll i att skapa en förstklassig upplevelse för våra inbjudna VIP-gäster. Du representerar både organisationskommittén och värdnationen och säkerställer att varje gäst känner sig välkommen, uppmärksammad och väl omhändertagen genom hela evenemanget. Med ett starkt sinne för service och professionalism bidrar du direkt till den höga kvaliteten i vårt värdskap och gästfrihet. 

Arbetsuppgifter innefattar bland annat: 

  • Välkomna och assistera VIP-gäster vid ankomst till arena och evenemangsytor 
  • Ge utmärkt service i VIP-lounge och gästområden, säkerställa att gästerna trivs och hantera eventuella frågor eller önskemål 
  • Eskortera och guida gäster mellan centrala platser såsom läktare, möteslokaler, ceremonier och andra evenemangsområden

VIP Host 
As a VIP Host at the FISU World University Championship Cheerleading 2026, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience for our invited VIPs. You represent both the Organizing Committee and the host nation, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed, supported, and valued throughout the event. With a strong sense of service and professionalism, you contribute directly to the overall quality of our event hospitality and national hosting. 

Job responsibilities include: 

  • Welcoming and assisting VIP guests upon arrival at venues and designated areas 
  • Providing excellent service within VIP lounges and hospitality zones, ensuring guests’ comfort and responding to any requests or inquiries 
  • Escorting and guiding guests between key locations such as seating areas, meeting rooms, ceremonies, and other event spaces 
  • Supporting the coordination of guest movements in collaboration with the Protocol and Operations teams
